Regardless of how much you spend on an off-the-peg suit, you’ll never achieve the perfect fit which comes with bespoke tailoring. Although off-the-peg suits are, of course, available in many sizes, every jacket, pair of trousers or waistcoat is made to fit every man, with no consideration for posture or body shape.
Bespoke garments are different and because your individual measurements are used, the fit and feel will ensure you look and feel like a million dollars.
At Norton & Townsend we like to do things a little differently, with a team of travelling bespoke tailors in Swindon and surrounding areas. The process starts with an initial consultation appointment where your tailor will take numerous measurements, before discussing style options for you.
Our expertise covers everything from wedding suits and formal wear, through to bespoke dinner suits, casual suits, jackets, overcoats, shirts and more. Your tailor will help you choose the best style for, and you’ll also be able to put your own stamp of individuality on each garment by selecting different pockets, lining, cuffs, collars and more.
We offer a choice of over 5,000 superb quality fabrics, so you’ll be able to choose from pure wools and cashmere, through to blends, worsted, linen and many more. Making a bespoke suit takes 6 – 8 weeks, depending on your chosen style and fabric. We’re not happy unless your 100% happy, so just before your suit is finished, we’ll be in touch to arrange a final fitting appointment. If any minor alternations are required, we’ll carry these out as quickly as possible before taking final payment.
